  • Are there any columns in the room that may obstruct view: No 

  • Is your location inside or a part of a resort, brewery, winery, spa, or casino: Four Seasons Residence Club 

  • Maximum Capacity of this Room with A/V and no backs to the screen: 16 comfortably with existing furniture 

  • Deposit: Prepayment is required in full in advance of function and may be broken into two payments: A 50% deposit of Room Rental and F&B minimum will be due upon signing of agreement. Payment of remaining total estimated cost will be due 10 business days prior to event and will include Food & Beverage, Room Rental, tax and service charge. Any remaining balance will be settled at conclusion of event. 

  • Gratuity %: 21% service fee, 3% administrative fee 

  • Tax %: 8% 

  • Do you accept American Express: Yes 

  • Full Cancellation Policy and cost: The Club shall be entitled to charge a cancellation fee in the event the Patron cancels the event with less than 10 days' notice.  The Patron will be charged the full price of the meal times the number of contracted guests. This amount is due as liquidated damages and not as a penalty.
