The centerpiece of the meal is choice of Maple-Brined Turkey Breast and Tarragon-Wild Rice Stuffed Thigh with Apricot & Sage Gravy served with Brown-Sugar Mashed Yams, Orange-Glazed Brussels Sprouts and Parsnips; or Rosemary-Marinated Flank Steak with Garlic French Beans, Hen of the Woods Mushrooms & Bourbon Cream.  

$120++ per person excluding tax and gratuity. For children 12 and under, an a la cart children’s menu will be available. A la carte dining will be unavailable this evening.

Join us for Christmas Eve Seasons Restaurant

Tuesday December 24, 2024

On this joyous night of anticipation and holiday cheer, join us at Seasons for a celebratory three-course prix fixe dinner, with choices. Featuring the flavors of the season in sophisticated presentations, the menu includes entrees such as Juniper-Brined Cornish Game Hen, Rosemary Rack of Lamb, Pan-Seared Snapper and a Roasted Acorn Squash vegetarian option. Wintery starters and holiday-inspired desserts round out the menu.   The cost is $120 per person, excluding tax and gratuity. Please note that the Christmas Eve three-course menu will be served exclusively throughout Seasons Restaurant; à la carte dining will be unavailable this evening.

Our busy team of culinary “elves” will be at it again with another spectacular three-course prix fixe menu to close out Christmas holiday season. Join us for an evening of elegant, seasonally-inspired fare with entrees that include Roast Prime Rib of  Beef with Fondant Fingerling Potatoes, Braised Cippolini Onion & Heirloom Carrots and Dijon Jus; Grilled Pork Tenderloin with a Warm Wheatberry Salad, Roasted Acorn Squash and Dried Cherry Chutney; Baked Dover Sole with Wild Rice Pilaf, French Beans, Caperberry and Preserved Lemon; and Savory Bread Pudding with Caramelized Carrot and Romesco, Toasted Walnut and Roasted Pepper Puree.  Please note that the Christmas menu will be served exclusively throughout Seasons Restaurant; à la carte dining will be unavailable this evening.

Ring in the New Year with a culinary extravaganza at Seasons Restaurant! Chef Jason and his team are pulling out all the stops for an elegant and sophisticated meal that befits the holiday. From Pan-Seared Duck Breast and Grilled Beef Tenderloin to Seared Red Tuna and Roasted Acorn Squash, our prix fixe three-course menu is the perfect way to close out 2024 in style. Sophisticated starters and luscious desserts round out the meal.  Please note that the New Year’s Eve prix fixe menu will be served exclusively throughout Seasons Restaurant; à la carte dining will be unavailable this evening.
