Celebrate New Year’s at Seasons

As we prepare to bid 2018 farewell and ring in a New Year, Seasons restaurant will be offering a decadent four-course menu with choices that reflect the glamour of the evening. Kick off the evening with decadent starters such as raw oysters and caviar. Entrées include roasted sea bass with a root vegetable barigoule or the Snake River Farms waygu tenderloin served with a brandy peppercorn sauce. Cap off the meal with our tuxedo cheesecake or butterscotch budino.

The New Year’s Eve dinner at Seasons Restaurant is $105.00 per person, excluding tax and gratuity; an additional $35.00 per person wine pairing option is also available. The set dinner menu is available from 5:00 pm until 9:00 pm.

For all guests visiting Seasons Restaurant on New Year’s Eve, please note that an à la carte menu will not be available this evening. We will offer live music on Seasons Veranda between 5:00 pm – 9:00 pm, a live broadcast of the Time Square Ball Drop at 9:00 pm, and a complimentary champagne toast for all guests (over 21, of course!).
