Sharing in the Holiday Spirit at Seasons Restaurant

With the flurry of activity that comes with the holiday season, wouldn’t it be nice to find a welcoming oasis of calm, warmth and conviviality to share with family, friends or colleagues? Seasons Restaurant at Four Seasons Residence Club Aviara offers just that: an intimate and inviting space to host your next holiday gathering, where exceptional cuisine, good cheer and effortless planning are all on hand.

Under the direction of Chef de Cuisine James Waters, Seasons Restaurant specializes in seasonal, market-driven cuisine, with an ever-changing menu that honors our local farmers, ranchers and fishermen. In this stylish and modern interior space, our culinary team puts the spotlight on the food, allowing it to shine.

For your small group holiday party, there’s no better place to come together and celebrate the season. Invite your guests to mingle beforehand on the Seasons Veranda at a hosted reception, where they can enjoy one cocktail per person and two types of passed hors d’oeuvres. Dinner follows with a family-style three-course meal ($65.00 per person), featuring entrees such as succulent braised beef shoulder served with celery root and fennel puree, heirloom carrot and pomegranate glaze.

Depending on the size of your party, private holiday dinners can be held in Seasons Private Dining Room, an airy space that can seat up to 24 guests, or at the Chef’s Table, with its view of all the action in the Seasons exhibition kitchen (seats up to 12 guests). Both spaces exude a casual, modern warmth that will have you and your guests feeling relaxed and at home. Festive décor adds to the holiday spirit.

When it comes to the spirit of the season, what could be better than sharing the occasion with friends, family and those closest to you? Seasons Restaurant offers guests a welcoming experience where they can come together to share incredible food, gracious service and an evening of holiday memories.
