On this cherished holiday, “break bread” with family and friends over a classic Thanksgiving meal with modern flair…
Thanksgiving may be several weeks away, but Chef James Waters and the culinary team at Seasons Restaurant have gotten a jump start on menu planning for this beloved holiday. If you plan to be in residence with your family or friends this Thanksgiving, there’s no better place to share your blessings than over a meal crafted with love and care at Seasons.
From 11:00 am until 8:00 pm, we will be offering a sumptous three-course Thanksgiving dinner with a selection of mouthwatering choices.
Guests can start the meal with pumpkin soup, a harvest cobb salad or robust lamb meatballs, all bursting with fall flavors and seasonal ingredients.
For the main course, turkey lovers will not be disappointed by Chef James’ preparation, roasted to perfection and served with roasted Brussels sprouts, cherry and sausage stuffing, herb gravy and housemade cranberry sauce. For something different, chauteaubriand is another choice, with truffle-whipped potatoes, mushroom fricasee and rosemary demi glace. A steelhead trout option will also available, accompanied by roasted brassicas and squash, leek soubise, marcona almonds, and verjus brown butter.
No Thanksgiving dinner would be complete without dessert, and Seasons’ pastry team have classics with a modern twist in mind. Guests can indulge in either bourbon pecan pie with spiced chantilly cream, or a luscious pumpkin cake with brown-butter cream-cheese icing and salted caramel ice cream.
Seasons Thanksgiving dinner is priced at $72.00 per adult and $28.00 for children (5-12 years of age). A wine pairing for each course is also available for an additional $32.00 per adult. Shared sides of truffle whipped Yukon potatoes, brassica gratin and cherry and sausage stuffing are offered at $12.00.
The Thanksgiving feast is served from 11:00 am until 8:00 pm; live music will be offered from 3:00 pm until 7:00 pm. Reservations are required and can be made by calling 1 (760) 814-8677.
