Easter Sunday at Seasons Restaurant

Seasons Restaurant is welcoming Spring and celebrating the Easter holiday with a very special brunch menu!

In addition to our regular brunch menu, we’ll be serving several incredible offerings that sing of the season.

Our featured à la carte holiday specials include:

Spring Pea Soup
mint / crème fraiche / shallot

Baby Gem Wedge Salad
pancetta / point reyes blue cheese / crispy shallots / roasted garlic vinaigrette

Dungeness Crab Eggs Benedict
san diego old bay hollandaise / breakfast potatoes

Egg-White Frittata
roasted tomatoes / spinach / feta / pesto

Prawns and Polenta
fava beans / arugula / parmesan / citrus butter

Honey-and-Bourbon-glazed Kurobuta Pork Loin
carrot purée / cherries / shishito peppers


Our pastry team will also have an Easter dessert buffet table ($16.00 per person) laden with sweet treats, including a fruit display, Easter cookies, carrot cake, Easter eggs with candies and made-to-order Carlsbad Berry Crepes at a live-action station.

And to add to the festive mood, our famous “Mimosa Cart in Motion” will be making the rounds from table to table, serving up this bubbly cocktail (or mocktail, if you choose) with a variety of fruit purees and juices. Mimosas are available at a additional cost.
