Seasons Restaurant Spreads Holiday Joy!

Enjoying the festive spirit, Four Seasons-style…

This holiday season, Seasons Restaurant at Four Seasons Residence Club Aviara is pulling out all the stops to create memorable dining experiences for owners and their family and friends. If you plan to be in-residence during the Festive Season, you won’t want to miss celebrating with an incredible holiday meal, prepared by Chef James Waters and the Aviara culinary team.


  • Christmas Eve Dinner & Christmas Day


Celebrate the season on Christmas Eve & Christmas Day with a very special three-course holiday menu. Starters include Sunchoke Velouté, Housemade Gnocchi, or Arugula & Quinoa Salad. For your main course, choose between Porchetta, Braised Beef Shoulder, or Herb Crusted Sea Bass. Decadent desserts include Egg Nog Panna Cotta, or Chocolate Bread Pudding.

This special three-course menu will be offered on Christmas Eve and Christmas Day only, from 5:00 pm until 9:00 pm for Christmas Eve and 5:00 pm to 8:00 pm Christmas Day. The cost is $75.00 per person, exclusive of tax and gratuity. Please note that an à la carte menu will also be available on Christmas Eve, but not on Christmas Day. Children’s menus are also available upon request.


  • New Year’s Eve Dinner


Why not start the celebration early on New Year’s Eve with a mouthwatering dinner at Seasons Restaurant? The night will feature live music from 6:00 pm to 9:00 pm. We’ll be offering a three-course menu at $95.00 per person (exclusive of tax and gratuity). Choices for appetizers include Foie Gras Torchon, Kampachi Crudo, or a Winter Garden Salad. Your main entrée offerings include a Pacific Black Cod, Roast Veal Tenderloin, or Rye Cavatelli. Our third-course desserts are comprised of your choice between our Butterscotch Budino, Mocha Brownie, or Parmesan Cheesecake.

This menu will be offered on Sunday, December 31, from 5:00 pm until 10:00 pm.
