The culinary team at Seasons Restaurant at Four Seasons Residence Club Aviara invites Residence Club owners to attend the first wine dinner of the summer season! A selection of the best varietals from Paul Hobbs Wines will be featured on Thursday, June 15th at a special winemaker dinner that will also showcase our signature farm-to-table cuisine.
A five-course feast is in store, as we sample six incredible wines from Paul Hobbs’ portfolio of wineries. Led by brand ambassador Charlie Plummer, the evening will inform guests about each selection and how it is enhanced and complemented by the culinary creations of the Seasons chefs.
