Celebrate Love at Seasons Restaurant

This Valentine’s Day, enjoy a lavish dinner or an engaging culinary class to touch the heart…

Carlsbad, CA – If the way to ones heart is truly through their stomach, than head to Seasons Restaurant at Four Seasons Residence Club Aviara for an evening of wooing, wining and dining. With its farm-to-table menu concept and focus on local produce, Seasons will be offering a special fixed price Valentine’s menu as well as a unique tasting and cooking class.


Valentine’s Menu

Prepared by Chef de Cuisine Conor Ball and the Seasons culinary team, this three-course menu with choices boasts the deluxe ingredients and exquisite preparations that one would expect on this special night of romance. An “amuse” course kicks off the meal and features the classic combination of fresh oyster with caviar and crème fraiche. For a starter, guests can choose from a unique composed apple salad or butter-poached lobster. Entrees include venison loin, Ahi tuna or ricotta gnocchi. And for dessert, choose from a decadent dark chocolate semifreddo or rhubarb panna cotta.


The Seasons Valentine’s menu will be offered from Saturday, February 11 through Tuesday, February 14; the cost is $70.00 per person or $90.00 per person with a wine pairing. Please note that Seasons regular a la carte menu will also be available throughout the Valentine celebration.


The Foods of Love

The culinary team at Seasons Restaurant will be leading two fun and engaging classes for lovers of both of romance and good taste!


  • Tequila and Chocolate Pairing – Tuesday, February 7 (3:00 pm)

Seasons experts will guide participants through exceptional añejos and reposados paired with our housemade chocolates and truffles.  After the one-hour class, guests will surely appreciate tequila beyond the average margarita. $35.00 per person

  • The Foods of Love – Thursday, February 9 (3:00 pm)

Chef Conor Ball will lead this aphrodisiac-themed class that will have participants cooking with their senses and bringing their “A” Game to Valentine’s Day. In addition to ingredients such as oysters, spicy chili, chocolate and Champagne, recipes will feature produce and proteins that will entice even the pickiest eaters.  $45.00 per person
