Fall Meeting Package
Aviara is pleased to offer a special Fall Meeting Package for your upcoming small-group business conference. The package includes full-day use (8:00 am until 5:00 pm) of the Seasons Private Dining Room, complimentary meeting WiFi, continental breakfast, family-style lunch, and full-day coffee service. You’ll also be assigned a dedicated Service Team who will assist you in every step of the planning and throughout the day of your meeting. The cost for the Fall Meeting Package is $250.00 for room rental, plus $65.00 per person.

The Spirit of the Season
Host your holiday party at Seasons Restaurant for the ultimate in festive celebrations! The Aviara culinary team has an impressive selection of seasonal specialties to choose from and our Catering Team can help you craft the perfect menu for your event, whether it’s for your friends, family, colleagues or clients.
Lunch menus start at $28.00 per person, while dinner menus begin at $58.00 per person. You and your guests will be wowed by Chef Connor Ball’s seasonal creations, including fennel-dusted scallops with braised salsify, apple, and golden beets; blue cheese-crusted beef tenderloin with kale, parsnip and béarnaise sauce; and eggnog crème brûlée with gingerbread, mulled wine gastrique and toasted pistachios. And this November and December, hosts can enjoy one complimentary night in a Superior Guest Room for every 10 guests at your event.
