Seasons “Love” Counter: Our restaurant’s signature “Kitchen Counter” experience will be transformed for the weekend to showcase our “love” for Valentine’s Day! A special five-course tasting menu will be crafted just for lovebirds, featuring the most sensual seasonal ingredients available in lighter presentations that will energize and inspire. Your front-row seat at the counter will give you a first-hand look at our culinary team in action as they prepare a meal sure to spark romance.
Guests can also “Sip with Their Sweetheart” and enjoy wines and cocktails specially paired with each course. The cost for the “Love” Counter dinner is $85.00 per person, and $25 per person if you choose to add the wine/cocktail pairing (excluding tax and gratuity). Seasons Valentine’s Day Menu: On Valentine’s weekend at Seasons Restaurant, enjoy a special three-course, fixed price menu with choices inspired by Cupid’s arrow! Our chefs have created a luxurious meal that includes ingredients prized for their purported aphrodisiacal powers, such as chocolate and pomegranate.
Choices include warm Dungeness crab with beluga lentils, leek beurre monte, and Cara Cara oranges; seared Colorado lamb loin with roasted chickpeas, fennel confit and beet reduction; and dark chocolate panna cotta with banana-caramel ice cream and pomegranate.
The three-course menu is $60.00 per person or $75.00 with a Champagne pairing (excluding tax and gratuity). Offered Friday through Sunday, February 12-14
